Keep the Change

CHANGE IT UP.

Times are stressful right now! That’s why it is more important than ever to talk to your child about the risks of underage drinking.

A study conducted by the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA) found that teens who were under high amounts of stress are more likely to abuse alcohol.

This means that in these tiring times, your child needs more support than ever before. Talk to your child about the risks of underage drinking and make sure they know you are there to support them and help keep them alcohol free. Don’t feel deflated. Go through this change together.
